★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da dove iniziare? Forse dal numero telefonico errato? O forse meglio iniziare da una scorrettezza di fondo? La grande disavventura inizia lunedì 14 dicembre quando mia madre chiede a questa fantomatica azienda di spedire dei pacchi PAGANDO per una spedizione prioritaria, i signori responsabili assicurano che il pacco sarebbe arrivato massimo giovedì e che DICONO LORO, le spedizioni normali non sarebbero state prese perché il traffico di pacchi in questo periodo era ingente. Il giorno seguente il pacco era solo a Trapani, ma va bene. Mia madre riesce ad andare a chiedere informazioni e queste persone correttissime affermano che si è a trapani ma che massimo venerdì il pacco sarebbe stato consegnato. Solo oggi se ne escono con un'ennesima affermazione ovvero che oggi era in programma uno sciopero dei corrieri e che quindi probabilmente il pacco avrebbe fatto ritardo. Io volendo evitare a mia madre un ulteriore viaggio come uno stolto ho provato a contattare l'azienda con il numero da loro inserito, ma nulla il numero è inesistente. Ora io non pretendo puntualità e rispetto ne tanto meno pretendo che uno paghi e riceva il servizio richiesto perché siamo in italia e poi il covid è un ottima scusa per tutto ormai. La mia richiesta sarebbe solo quella di avere delucidazioni in merito alla spedizione capire se e quando il pacco arriverà e non vivere da carcerato. Ma questo non è possibile farlo in fondo se non è lo stato a mettermi in quarantena ci pensa un'azienda di spedizioni. Nella speranza di un confronto e di almeno una spiegazione cordiali saluti.

The great misadventure begins on Monday December 14th when my mother asks this elusive company to send parcels PAYING for a priority shipping, the responsible gentlemen assure that the package would arrive on Thursday and that THEY SAY, normal shipments would not be taken because the parcel traffic in this period was huge. The next day the package was only in Trapani, but that's okay. My mother manages to go and ask for information and these very correct people say that we are in Trapani but that the package would be delivered on Friday. Only today they come up with yet another affirmation or that today a courier strike was scheduled and therefore probably the package would have been delayed. Wanting to avoid my mother a further trip like a fool, I tried to contact the company with the number they entered, but the number is nonexistent. Now I don't demand punctuality and respect nor do I expect one to pay and receive the requested service because we are in Italy and then the covid is an excellent excuse for everything now. My request would be only to have clarifications regarding the shipment to understand if and when the package will arrive and not to live as a prisoner. But this is not possible after all if it is not the state that puts me in quarantine thinks a shipping company. In the hope of a comparison and at least an explanation, cordial greetings.
