★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Figlio di 3 anni con 39 di febbre. Compro, di Sabato sera, una borsa del ghiaccio. La uso e man mano che si scioglie il ghiaccio gocciola visibilmente. La domenica mattina vado per cambiarla, ma mi dicono che é la condensa ne ho avuta un' altra per anni mai successo. Torno a casa e mia moglie dice di sostituirla. Ritorno e nel frattempo é cambiato personale, che mi dice di tornare il lunedì perché loro in quanto occasionali non possono cambiarla, ma venderne un altra. Peccato che mio figlio la febbre ce la abbia oggi e domani speriamo di no. Vergognoso
 3-year-old son with a fever of 39. I buy an ice bag on a Saturday evening. I use it and as it melts the ice drips visibly. On Sunday morning I go to change it, but they tell me that it is the condensation I have had another one for years that never happened. I come home and my wife says to replace her. I return and in the meantime the staff has changed, which tells me to come back on Monday because they, as occasional, cannot change it, but sell another one. Too bad my son has a fever today and hopefully not tomorrow. Shameful

Disappointed, Poorly informed staff Especially about the exemptions, They wanted to make me pay at all costs for a drug with the E30 exemption when instead I was entitled to free of charge.I went to another pharmacy and collected the drug without any problem. take refresher courses

If the closing time is 20.00, why did I find it closed at 19.50? 10 minutes makes the difference. It is an essential service.

I went for the third dose and found the staff to be polite and helpful. No queues all fast. Very good.

I farmacisti sono altamente qualificati e sono sempre disponibili e pronti al problema. Il momento non è tra i migliori e soprattutto in quest’ultimo periodo, sono stati presi d’assalto, ma loro sono sempre stati in grado di gestire tutto, compresi tamponi (tanti) e vaccinazioni terze dosi (io l’ho fatta da loro), con tanta professionalità e umanità.

Always very positive experience.
Pharmacists are highly qualified and are always available and ready for the problem. The moment is not among the best and especially in this last period, they have been stormed, but they have always been able to manage everything, including tampons (many) and third dose vaccinations (I made it by them ), with a lot of professionalism and humanity.
