★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi hanno installato la caldaia meno di un anno fa li ho chiamati per un problema e loro avevano ancora il libretto dell’impianto. L’operaio è dovuto andare in magazzino 3 volte perché diceva che non aveva il pezzo giusto. Quando poi ho detto che non avevo più tempo di aspettare perché avevo impegni ha sistemato il tutto in cinque minuti. Ho parlato con amici i quali mi riferivano di questa pratica in modo da perdere tempo e gonfiare le fatture.
They installed the boiler less than a year ago, I called them for a problem and they still had the system booklet. The worker had to go to the warehouse 3 times because he said he didn't have the right piece. Then when I said that I didn't have time to wait because I had commitments, he arranged everything in five minutes. I talked to friends who told me about this practice so as to waste time and inflate the bills.
