Ho inviato un file via email da stampare e non ho mai ricevuto un'email di risposta per sapere quando ritirarlo, se stessero avviando il lavoro o le modalità per richiedere il lavoro offerto. Mi sono presentato in sede qualche giorno dopo per sapere qualcosa e la risposta della ragazzetta è stata "mica possiamo rispondere a tutte le email" come se fosse cosa buona e giusta. È inconcepibile e ne sono molto dispiaciuto perché sono stato loro cliente da molti anni ma di recente non l'ho trovato più un posto accogliente e non solo per questo fatto. Dati i prezzi nella media e la qualità normale (si tratta nel mio caso di fotocopie) sinceramente non mi interessa (e a quanto pare è reciproca come cosa) rimanere legato a questo posto. Senza offesa, a mio modesto pareve dovreste ricominciare ad avere piu premura per i vostri clienti, nuovi o vecchi che siano, rispondere ad un'email oltre che portare introiti a voi è un segno di cortesia e correttezza. I didn't pay much attention to the customer. I sent a file via email to print and I never received a reply email to know when to pick it up, if they were starting work or how to request the work offered. I showed up a few days later to learn something and the girl's answer was "mica we can answer all emails" as if it were good and right. It is inconceivable and I am very sorry because I have been their client for many years but recently I have not found it a welcoming place anymore and not only for this fact. Given the average prices and the normal quality (this is in my case of photocopies) I honestly don't care (and apparently it's mutual like what) to stay connected to this place. Without offense, in my modest way it seemed you should start again to have more care for your customers, new or old, to reply to an email as well as bring revenue to you is a sign of courtesy and fairness.
