★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il servizio è peggiorato tantissimo nel tempo. Oggi ho dovuto stampare da loro una stampa a colori in formato grande, Il prezzo è altissimo rispetto al servizio richiesto (stampa su carta a 170gr) ed ho dovuto pagare più del DOPPIO rispetto al prezzo concordato telefonicamente. Ho dovuto aspettare un'ora per la stampa e oltretutto il foglio della stampa era macchiato, la titolare ha tolto il più della macchia con uno strofinaccio ma è rimasto un alone.
Che dire, servizio pessimo.
The service has gone downhill a lot over time. Today I had to print a large-format color print from them, The price is very high compared to the service requested (printing on paper at 170gr) and I had to pay more than DOUBLE the price agreed by telephone. I had to wait an hour for printing and the print sheet was stained, the owner removed most of the stain with a cloth but a halo remained.
What can I say, bad service.
