In un momento di pandemia da covid 19 l'uomo che mi ha servito ad un certo punto si è abbassato la mascherina sul collo e poi ha starnutito sulla mano e con la stessa si è poi strofinato il naso. Ho atteso un momento per vedere se correva a lavarsi e invece no, è rimasto fermo come se niente fosse. L'ho invitato a lavarsi e mettersi la mascherina. Ha risposto di averla. Peccato che stava sul mento. L'ho invitato a lavarsi subito le mani e solo allora ha preso il gel disinfettante. Pessimo individuo e anche pericoloso. Lousy. Parlo per esperienza personale: Il proprietario si rifiutava di farmi una scansione di un documento importante in A3 di dimensione più grande di 2 mb , a detta sua in 2 mb , quoto letteralmente: " ci entra un palazzo " , inoltre siate pronti a giustificare l'uso del servizio che richiedete perché verrà messo in discussione in maniera anche molto aggressiva , dal proprietario. Leggendo altre review negative , sembrerebbe che il tipo abbia problemi a controllare la rabbia e questo a mio parere non è proprio ammissibile . Inoltre non sono capaci di mandare una e-mail con un allegato , visto che ci sono voluti diversi tentativi falliti , quando ho suggerito ( molto educatamente) di provare con g-drive il tipo è partito con una infuriata imprecando e lasciando tutto all assistente . Alla fine sono andato da un altra parte perché a mio parere rovinarsi la vita per una scansione ad alta risoluzione , non vale proprio la pena. 14 ottobre 2020 - In risposta alla risposta del titolare : Siete ancora in commercio grazie ai disperati che non hanno idea del servizio terribile che offrite e che si fanno intimorire dalle vostre MINACCIE . Non lo dico solo io , ma molte review che avete qua fanno notare la maleducazione e scarsa professionalità del vostro servizio. Ho mandato mia mamma perché vivo dall' altra parte del mondo e comunque lei vi ha dato delle istruzioni moto chiare riguardo il servizio che ci serviva , siete voi che avete cercato di cambiare la richiesta a seconda della VOSTRA convenienza invece che quella del cliente ... mia mamma l'hai fatta quasi piangere , sei una brutta persona e ti dovresti vergognare . Abbiamo dovuto stampare un lavoro per la scuola e ci siamo vergognati di mandare il ragazzino a scuola con un lavoro del genere. Bad print (blotchy), low quality, with unsolicited changes and grammatical HORRORS. We had to print a job for the school and we were ashamed to send the kid to school with a job like that.
