Oggi mi sono recata in negozio per aprire una cartella contenuta in una mia chiavetta, nella quale inserire un documento. La difficoltà nel trovare la cartella è stata in un primo momento dovuta all’errore di trascrizione nella ricerca che subito immagino e mi permetto di insistere : “enpam Catanzaro”. Ma lui sa…… : “conosco l’eMpam”, mi dice. Io, però preciso con spelling (ENPAM con la N di Napoli) e allora appaiono diverse cartelle, ma - a dir SUO - nessuna con il nome indicato. Vado a casa, verifico sul mio MAC , trovo la cartella che l’addetto si ostinava a non voler ricercare digitando ANCHE la parola Catanzaro, fotografo l’evidenza e mi reco nuovamente presso il negozio, chiedendo di voler ricontrollare . Il rifiuto è stato netto e molto scortese . Mi sono chiesta il perchè di tanta indisponibilità….. e penso sia stata tutta colpa di quella N !!!? Disappointed the positive impression reported above.
