Abbiamo chiamato per una gomma a terra e ci hanno dato disponibilità fino alle ore 19 per sostituirla. Abbiamo poi richiamato una seconda volta per dare conferma che saremmo arrivati col carrattrezzi per le ore 18 ed è stato confermato anche da parte loro.
Arrivati sul luogo abbiamo trovato tutto chiuso e al telefono non hanno più risposto.
Ci hanno lasciati in mezzo alla strada sotto la pioggia!!

We called for a flat tire and they gave us availability until 7 pm to replace it. We then called back a second time to confirm that we would arrive with the tools for 6.00 pm and it was also confirmed by them.
When we arrived at the place we found everything closed and on the phone they didn't answer.
They left us in the street in the rain !!
