Dato che sono molto ricci adesso assomiglio ad un carciofo. Non c'é niente di peggio che non ascoltare il cliente, soprattutto quando si tratta di un taglio. Non sono solita lasciare commenti negativi, ma non ho mai vissuto un'esperienza cosi orribile. Non tornerno' mai piu . I asked for a simple straight cut, I was given a very layered cut, everything I didn't want on my short hair. Since they are very curly now I look like an artichoke. There is nothing worse than not listening to the customer, especially when it comes to a cut. I don't usually leave negative comments, but I've never had such a horrible experience. I will never come back.
