Si entra in un negozio dove si può trovare anche un personale allegro e gentile la dove si hanno delle difficoltà si viene aiutato se invece si è autonomi si possono trovare postazioni dove si può agire da soli.

Prima di acquistarlo, ho chiesto 3 volte se fosse l’edizione corretta, e la risposta è stata affermativa. Dopo qualche giorno, con alcuni colleghi, abbiamo scoperto che l’edizione non era quella che avevo richiesto. Quindi ho comprato un libro completamente inutile. Non ci tornerò sicuramente.
I have only bought once in this copy shop since they knowingly sold me a wrong edition of a text.
Before buying it, I asked 3 times if it was the correct edition, and the answer was yes. After a few days, with some colleagues, we discovered that the edition was not what I had requested. So I bought a completely useless book. I will definitely not go back.
