★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La gentilezza non è il loro forte e, a quanto pare, neanche i biglietti da visita che sembra si stampino su carta da fotocopia adesso e non su cartoncino, e per di più a un prezzo stellare e con una pessima grafica. La frequento ormai da anni ma questa volta è sicuramente l'ultima.
 Kindness is not their forte and, apparently, not even the business cards that seem to print on photocopy paper now and not on cardboard, and moreover at a stellar price and with a very bad graphic. I've been attending it for years now but this time it's definitely the last.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vi sono stata per la prima (e ultima) volta ieri perchè dovevo stampare 3 fogli. C'è tanta gente ma festiscono la folla...chiedo quanto pago e la tisposta è 1€. Io:"1€ per 3 fogli?" E la signorina risponde che pago l'inserimento della pen drive. Ora io ho pagato il "dovuto" e sono uscita, ma non ho mai sentito qualcosa di simile e nemmeno tutti quelli con cui mi sono confrontata. È una nuova prassi? Da nessuna parte fanno una cosa del genere perchè è ASSURDA E IRRAGIONEVOLE. Ovviamente non vi entrerò mai più perchè per me sono ladri.
I was there for the first (and last) time yesterday because I had to print 3 sheets. There are many people but they celebrate the crowd ... I ask how much I pay and the fee is € 1. Me: "€ 1 for 3 sheets?" And the young lady replies that I pay for the insertion of the pen drive. Now I have paid the "due" and I went out, but I have never heard anything like it and not everyone I have dealt with. Is it a new practice? Nowhere do they do such a thing because it is ABSURD AND UNREASONABLE. Obviously I will never enter it again because for me they are thieves.

Il negozio ha anche articoli da cartoleria, come quaderni, penne, colori e raccoglitori. Tornerò sicuramente tante altre volte. Consiglio.
