★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do una stella perché non se ne possono dare 0 ma in realtà vorrei dare -5. Sono entrata per fare una fotocopia a colori. Capisco che un cliente da una fotocopia non sia il massimo della vita ma quando si ha un esercizio pubblico si sa che esiste il cliente da 1 euro e quello da mille. Ma entrambi vanno serviti con cortesia. Ho trovato un signore, si fa per dire, visibilmente seccato che se avesse potuto darmi un calcio nel sedere secondo me lo avrebbe fatto volentieri . Ma se io ho bisogno di una fotocopia ne devo fare 500? Ma si sa a Bologna quando non.sai cosa fare apri una copisteria per gli studenti che a loro.va tutto bene

I understand that a customer from a photocopy is not the best of life but when you have a public exercise you know that there is a 1 euro customer and a thousand customer.
