Forte delle pessime esperienze presso altri esercenti chiedo anticipatamente il costo per singola facciata: 5 centesimi mi si risponde. Giro lo sguardo a destra e leggo su un foglio al muro: “Il sevizio di apertura e-mail ha un costo di 50 centesimi”. Storco un po’ il naso. Aprire una e-mail costa più che inserire una pen-drive? Ma comunque c’è scritto e va bene, invio una e-mail con i 7 allegati e procediamo alla stampa. Chiedo di pinzare i 7 fascicoli separatamente. Totale 15,80€, quindi 4,50€ più del previsto. A questo punto mi chiedo: cosa manca nel calcolo totale? Mi viene il dubbio che si chieda il pagamento di 50 centesimi per ogni allegato e non per la e-mail (il che è discutibile come mossa di marketing ma legittimo SE ESPRESSAMENTE DICHIARATO) Il problema ovviamente non è dato dalla cifra irrisoria, ma dal fatto che non si è chiari sulle condizioni ab origine.
