Io ho espressamente chiesto di stamparmi solo le pagine in bianco e nero. Arrivo lì e mi hanno stampato sia le pagine a colori che in bianco e nero!!! Ovviamente l'ho fatto presente e mi hanno risposto "noi non controlliamo i file". Ceh io ho fatto una richiesta specifica e lei mi risponde così. Una totale mancanza di serietà!!!!!! Per 25 pagine che dovevo stampare me ne ha stampata 50 e me le ha fatte pagare 11€. Ladri e scorretti! Forse si crederanno ricchi ma sicuro hanno perso un cliente!! Really bad!
