★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Puntualità e lavoro svolto ottimo(cambio tapparella) ma per la zanzariera che gli avevo chiesto di guardare per poterla rifare o aggiustare mi appoggerò ad un'altra ditta in quanto finito il lavoro mi sono ritrovata il tecnico sulla porta pronto ad andarsene per non descrivere come è stata lasciata la zona del lavoro svolto.E mi fermo qua.
Punctuality and excellent work (roller shutter change) but for the mosquito net that I asked him to look at in order to be able to redo or adjust it I will rely on another company as the work is finished I found the technician on the door ready to leave not to describe how the area of work has been left and I stop here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempi biblici e non richiamano. Sarebbe più saggio dire che non sono interessati al lavoro o troppo impegnati, invece che promettere di richiamare in giornata per poi sparire per 10 giorni
Biblical times and do not recall. It would be wiser to say they are not interested in work or too busy, instead of promising to call back today and then disappear for 10 days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La signora che è in ufficio è gentilissima e mi rammarica non dare le cinque stelle... Però il signore che è venuto a casa nostra si è presentato con più di un ora di anticipo mentre stavamo uscendo e quando gli si è fatto notare che l'appuntamento non era corretto lui ha detto che dopo aveva altri appuntamenti e che non sarebbe più passato. Ovviamente ho fatto presente l'accaduto alla signora che è in ufficio e l'operaio si è poi nuovamente presentato all'orario corretto e ha anche fatto un buon lavoro
The lady who is in the office is very kind and I regret not giving the five stars ... But the gentleman who came to our house showed up more than an hour early as we were leaving and when it was pointed out that the appointment was not correct he said that afterwards he had other appointments and that he would never come back. Obviously I pointed out what happened to the lady who is in the office and the worker then showed up again at the correct time and also did a good job
