Ed infatti le volte che non mi è stato riconosciuto il rimborso ho accettato la decisione in quanto ero io in torto per mancanza della documentazione. Ma che ora mi venga negato il rimborso per una fisioterapia in quanto non ho la certificazione del pronto soccorso mi pare assurdo. Faccio presente che siamo in piena pandemia, motivo per il quale ho preferito evitare di saturare il pronto soccorso già abbastanza in crisi senza dover valutare che avevo una meniscopatia. Cosa che ha certificato sia il mio medico di base che lo specialista che successivamente mi ha operata! Nel momento in cui LA CLINICA CHE MI HA OPERATA mi prescrive un percorso fisioterapico non capisco a cosa serva oberare il pronto soccorso! Mi verrebbe da pensare che sia fatto apposta! In quel caso decido io se pagare la polizza assicurativa oppure no disdettando. Qui invece siamo OBBLIGATI dalla nostra cooperativa ad aderire.... Purtroppo nel piano sanitario non è previsto tutto ma sono cose che non dipendono da loro bensì dagli accordi quadri che vengono fatti ai piani alti.
