A	Alberto Ricca on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compiamo l’olio in questa azienda oramai da 4 anni, nell’ultima fornitura di Febbraio 2018 abbiamo riscontrato che l’olio Bio non aveva la stessa limpidezza e qualità degli anni precedenti e lo abbiamo dimostrato con delle foto che evidenziavano il colore torbido ed il fondo marrone che si formava in quantità sul fondo della bottiglia. Dopo aver informato l’azienda la stessa ci ha fornito futili risposte infischiandosi altamente della nostra dimostranza. We have been making oil in this company for 4 years now, in the last supply of February 2018 we found that the Bio oil did not have the same clarity and quality of the previous years and we demonstrated it with photos that highlighted the cloudy color and the brown background that formed in quantity at the bottom of the bottle. After informing the company, it provided us with futile answers, caring highly of our demonstration.

Quest'anno eravamo insieme ad alcuni amici e abbiamo chiesto di poter visitare il frantoio che ovviamente era ancora "chiuso" in quanto la raccolta delle olive inizierà a breve... Daniele ci ha accompagnato illustrandoci in breve tutti i passaggi della lavorazione e rispondendo a tutte le nostre domande. Grazie mille per la cortesia dimostrata!
