★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La cooperativa sociale “Giovanile” nasce nel febbraio del 1997 grazie ad un gruppo di volontari che già lavoravano da anni nel campo sociale. La decisione di attivare una cooperativa sociale è frutto della valutazione di completa assenza di imprenditori dell’economia sociale operanti nei territori dell’agro nocerino sarnese; nasce dall’esigenza di dover creare modelli di inserimento nel circuito attivo del lavoro idonei a garantire occupazione stabile soprattutto giovanile; attivazione di interventi di lunga durata nel settore sociale, servizi in genere, recupero e riqualificazione degli spazi urbani e culturali, valorizzazione del patrimonio culturale al fine di favorirne la fruizione da parte dei residenti e dei turisti.
Il settore socio assistenziale/educativo è sicuramente il settore in cui la cooperativa svolge maggiormente la propria attività.
 The "Giovanile" social cooperative was founded in February 1997 thanks to a group of volunteers who had been working for years in the social field. The decision to activate a social cooperative is the result of the assessment of the complete absence of entrepreneurs of the social economy operating in the areas of agro nocerino sarnese; arises from the need to create models of insertion in the active work circuit suitable to guarantee stable employment, especially youth; activation of long-term interventions in the social sector, services in general, recovery and redevelopment of urban and cultural spaces, enhancement of cultural heritage in order to favor use by residents and tourists.
The social welfare / education sector is certainly the sector in which the cooperative carries out its activity most.
