In fase di molitura qualcuno ha sbagliato...tanto che ho dovuto farlo ripassare sperando che non si sia alterato. Vedremo come andrà a finire. PS le olive erano di ottima qualità e maturazione perfetta.
I do not attach photos of the oil but I can assure that it did not have a good visual or olfactory aspect. During the milling phase someone made a mistake ... so much so that I had to do it again, hoping that it did not change. We'll see how it turns out. PS the olives were of excellent quality and perfect ripeness.
