★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono venuti in soccorso di notte, li ho chiamati da una zona periferica di Treviso, mi ha risposto un centralinista e nel corso di dieci minuti, indicando la via, un operatore mi ha raggiunto.
È stata una salvezza perché altrimenti sarei rimasto in mezzo alla strada e avrei perso l'aereo. Sono stati puntuali e disponibili!
L'unica cosa è che non è stato chiaro il meccanismo di conferma della richiesta, dato che si trattava di una voce pre registrata.
Non so perché gli altri abbiano avuto tanti disagi, immagino abbiano potenziato il servizio ad oggi.
 They came to my rescue at night, I called them from a suburb of Treviso, a switchboard operator answered and in the course of ten minutes, pointing the way, an operator reached me.
It was a salvation because otherwise I would have stayed in the middle of the road and would have missed the plane. They were punctual and helpful!
The only thing is that the mechanism for confirming the request was not clear, as it was a pre-recorded entry.
I don't know why the others have had so many inconveniences, I guess they have enhanced the service to date.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The dispatchers barely speak English. I ordered a taxi, the taxi didn't come. When I called again they just turned off the phone, because of this taxi we missed the plane.
!!!I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!!

We ordered a taxi and they told us that it would arrive within 10 minutes, the taxi never arrived, we called more than 10 times, but they picked up the phone and just hung up.
This is the worst service in Italy!!!!

Some story that I had to pay for his journey to me.
he basically took advantage of the fact that I don't speak much Italian
