★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Su consiglio di gente del posto e vedendo le recensioni positive abbiamo acquistato braciole, salsicce e fiorentine. Il macellaio ci ha fatto vedere il pezzo di fiorentina e poi stranamente è andato a tagliarlo e incartarlo sul retro bottega. Il risultato è stato una "bella infiocchettata", ci è stata venduta carne completamente diversa da quella che ci era stata mostrata al banco, nervosa e piena di grasso.. alla nostra insaputa approfittando del fatto che eravamo turisti di passaggio. Per una spesa di circa 80 euro non credo sia stato il migliore dei servizi.
Per quanto riguarda braciole e salsicce nulla da dire, buonissime, le fiorentine purtroppo erano immangiabili...
On the advice of locals and seeing the positive reviews we bought chops, sausages and Florentine. The butcher showed us the piece of Florentine and then strangely went to cut it and wrap it at the back of the shop. The result was a "nice bow", we were sold meat completely different from what we had been shown at the counter, nervous and full of fat .. unbeknownst to us, taking advantage of the fact that we were passing tourists. For a cost of around 80 euros I don't think it was the best of the services.
As for chops and sausages nothing to say, very good, the Florentine unfortunately were inedible ...
