Senza guanti, prende il pezzo di carne, lo mette sull'affettatrice, taglia le fette, le appoggia sul piano dell l'affettatrice senza vassoietto, prende le fette tagliate sempre senza guanti e le ripone nel vassoietto. Mai piΓΉ.
