m	marco mastropietro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ieri sera intorno alle 19:30 sono stato con un amico a prendere delle pizze surgelate e abbiamo visto che c’erano delle pizze in offerta, ma per errore ne abbiamo prese metà in offerta e metà non in offerta che erano di un altro marchio.. Siamo andati in cassa e ci siamo accorti dell’errore, la cassiera gentilissima ci ha detto che non essendo ancora usciti dalla coop ci avrebbero fatto il reso al box informazioni. Siamo andati al box informazioni e le due commesse ci hanno trattato malissimo, hanno iniziato a sbuffare, a stufarsi, ci hanno ridicolizzato per l’errore, tant’è vero che lui ha continuato a fare il reso mentre invece io ho lasciato perdere per disperazione. Incredibile che io cliente abituale che abito a Monteroni venga trattato in codesta maniera. Mi auguro pertanto che con questa recensione vengono presi provvedimenti. Last night around 7:30 pm I went with a friend to get some frozen pizzas and we saw that there were pizzas on offer, but by mistake we took half on offer and half not on offer which were from another brand. We went to the cashier and we realized the mistake, the very kind cashier told us that not having left the coop yet, they would have made the return to the information box. We went to the information box and the two shop assistants treated us very badly, they started snorting, getting bored, they ridiculed us for the mistake, so much so that he continued to make the return while I gave up out of desperation. . Incredible that I, a regular customer who lives in Monteroni, is treated in this way. I therefore hope that action is taken with this review.

Everyone was very friendly, helpful and patient. Remember to weigh your produce and apply the stickers so you don't hold up the line like we did :-)
