Dopo due giorni ho richiamato IO! il centro per chiedere informazioni sul rimborso, e mi è stato detto che non mi sostituiscono il prodotto perchè si è rotto dopo l’acquisto e non all’interno del negozio! Ho chiesto se potevo sapere con chi ho parlato? La risposta è stata: questo non è importante…. Complimenti per la professionalità e la responsabilità sulla merce venduta! Ho preso una serie di prodotti scontati del 50%, prossimi alla scadenza, e il cassiere ha detto che potevo prenderli solo se avessi una carta coop. la persona dietro di me si è offerta di strisciare la sua carta e il cassiere ancora non me lo ha permesso. Non andrò mai più in questo mercato! bad service!
