★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cliente assiduo da decenni, preso piu volte i migliori prociutti , i piu cari, parma e san daniele, mi sono stati serviti negli ultimi tempi con moltissimo grasso (generalmente insieme alla cotica andrebbe tolto anche un po' di grasso). Ogni mia richiesta di rifilarlo un po' mi e' sempre stata negata. Anche oggi ho comprato e anche oggi l'ho servito a tavola con una marea di grasso. Oggi si sono superati ,a occhio e croce almeno il 30-35 % di grasso. Francamente mi sono stancato, sono costretto a non acquistare piu prociutto in questo supermercato e andare alla Carrefour dove saltuariamente mi reco e offrono un servizio migliore. E una volta la' fare la spesa.
