In Siena there are only 3 options:1.Coop
2.Pam
3.Simply
All three, are the most expensive supermarket in Italy.
Quality and freshness is not there, manner of staff is not acceptable.
I hope Siena mayor change this monopoly and allow other supermakets to come, because this city is not a luxury city for some wealthy guys, it is a academic city and student do not have money to pay to make some persons richer

That way, u know the total cost of ur items b4 u gt to the tills or the self-service counters or better still, helps u stay within ur budget - especially for impulse buyers like myself (almost always without shopping list) ?....

Many articles are available as a coop-value version, too. Additionally you can gain more savings and special offers, if you use a customer / or club card.
They provide fresh fish, meat, cheese and more.
Nice shop. Sometimes checkout is a bit slow...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Has everything food wise you would need. Try to go after 2pm because before lunch it is utter chaos. Aisle are setup pretty well. Water and wine are in the far back so it's best to start there first with the heavy stuff. People will run into you and be rude when it is busy but it is a free for all before lunch. Prices are good to great. Most fresh food last 3 days because of no preservatives so be aware.
