Personalmente mi chiedo come possa occupare tale carica, e mi auguro, per il bene sia dei clienti che dei dipendenti, che si provveda il più presto possibile a sostituirla. Se si chiede qualcosa che esce dai loro SCHEMI prefissati, devono chiedere al superiore che, a sua volta deve chiedere ad un altro superiore...etc etc. Niente è spontaneo. Penso che si lavori molto male, così. In altri supermercati ho visto commessi più liberi, liberi di decidere, anche solo di sorridere. Che tristezza.
