★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Orari di chiusura non rispettati,personale poco serio con scarsa organizzazione,non sempre presenti al centralino per le chiamate in entrata (con risposte vaghe alle domande poste al personale)... P.S. (per la mia esperienza vissuta) il "CLIENTE" non viene visto con 1 occhio di poterlo agevolare e renderlo soddisfatto,sembra che sia solo 1 numero quando si trova ad acquistare o per lo meno "interessato" agli acquisti...
Closing times not respected, not very serious staff with poor organization, not always present at the switchboard for incoming calls (with vague answers to questions asked to staff) ... P.S. (from my experience) the "CUSTOMER" is not seen with 1 eye to be able to facilitate and make him satisfied, it seems that he is only 1 number when he is buying or at least "interested" in purchases ...
