Pur essendo nuova della zona e non conoscendo la collocazione dei vari prodotti che dovevo acquistare, ho potuto comunque contare sulla professionalità e disponibilità del personale. Tutti veramente molto gentili, soprattutto alle casse! A differenza di altri supermercati, ho trovato il posto molto pulito e in più si respirava nell'ambiente lavorativo un'aria molto serena. Fanno tutto con i stessi guanti: sistemano e puliscono il banco, cercano i prezzi e servono il pane, affettati e altro. Quando ho chiesto di cambiare i guanti prima di prendere la pizza mi ha risposto che non c'è bisogno perché tutto è pulito, e se non mi piace posso prendere la pizza confezionata (aggiungendo che anche gli altri commessi che sistemano i banchi, con prodotti confezionati però, non cambiano i guanti). A lui si unì un altro commesso del gastronomia (con una mascherina grigiastra, che tagliava formaggi e cercava i i prezzi in una cartella non del tutto pulita), e mi ha chiesto chi sono io. Mi domando: chi devo essere per comprare un pezzo di pizza? Soprattutto adesso, nel tempo di piena pandemia. Negative feedback for the clerks in the bread and gastronomy departments. When I asked to change the gloves before taking the pizza he replied that there is no need because everything is clean, and if I don't like it I can take the packaged pizza (adding that the other clerks who arrange the counters, with products packaged, however, do not change the gloves). He was joined by another food clerk (with a gray mask, who cut cheeses and looked for prices in a not quite clean folder), and he asked me who I am. I wonder: who do I have to be to buy a piece of pizza? Especially now, in the time of full pandemic.
