A few years ago in the late afternoon I stopped at this workshop for a quick assistance, and the owner Emiliano, despite the time and the imminent closure, gave me assistance with one of his collaborators ... so I became their loyal customer, service, seriousness and efficiency since I met them. Everything you would expect from a city motorcycle repair shop and much more! You are from MotoGP!

Excellent service, kind in accepting my requests, quick, very punctual (which is fundamental for me), precise in the explanations and in the details of the costs. Serious and professional, I am very satisfied. Well done, I will definitely be back!

I thought it was a good shop for information and bike repair. I requested a quote for a bike repair via whatsapp, displayed without ever a response. Tried to call, no answer. Really, go TO OTHERS.

Super kind, competent and honest !! for a small mishap due to the famous "electronic keys" I get pushed by them, they understand my difficulty, they invite me to sit down and tell me that they will take care of it .. and 3 minutes they had solved it (without asking anything, among other things)! ! ! truly professionals, it was a pleasure to be assisted by them! Incorrectness is his strong point !!!! I brought him the scooter because I had problems recharging the battery, (I state that I had been a customer for at least 4 years) they changed the battery and told me that it was burned, despite having only 3/4 months of life, in short, I pay a bill of about 220 eur for a commercial battery replacement which is about 50 eur an oil change a light replacement plus the rear pads. I thought I had solved it for at least some time, unfortunately not, after only 30 km I am left on foot again. I called them and they immediately made themselves available to pick up the vehicle and two days later they presented me with a very high bill of 375.00 eur, charging me not only the cost of the stator at a single figure of about 180 euros but also 59.00 euros for the withdrawal of the vehicle about 3 km from the workshop. I find all this to be of a unique incorrectness, especially when a customer has paid over 200 eur and due to their negligence I found myself with the scooter broken down. I assume that Mr. Emiliano should take a bath of humility and sometimes put himself in the customers' shoes and not think only of their own interests, moreover if some customer asks for explanations about very high quotes, not to be arrogant, this is what happened to me after having having read the hyperbolic figure of the second quote, Mr. Emiliano took the luxury of raising his voice towards me by asserting that this is the account is that customers like me are in a bad way !!! All this happened to me who had been a customer for about 4/5 years. Overall evaluation, I would say very bad I put a big cross on this workshop.

my experience is absolutely positive, punctual and professional after-sales service and assistance. Same day pick-up and delivery service at my office, which is fundamental and very convenient for me. For an inconvenience that occurred during a service, the staff and Emiliano as usual exemplary, have solved by putting their face in everything .. for me today as today it is not so obvious.
