Negozio bellissimo, persone serie ed affidabili, ottimi prezzi, prodotti di qualità, esteticamente proprio un bel negozio come pochissimi in Italia... Qualcosa del genere visto a Londra.

Negozio dedicato ad accessori piccoli e grandi per la cucina. Pieno di chicche e di oggetti smart, è davvero un luogo accogliente in cui perdersi. Ottimo e cortese il servizio, sollecito anche incutesti giorni natalizi in cui il lavoro è molto. Il personale, competente e appunto molto gentile, vi aiuterà a scegliere l'oggetto che fa per voi. Da provare sia per esigenze quotidiane, sia per occasioni speciali vista la grande varietà di oggetti graziosi e smart.

Negozio a conduzione familiare con un assortimento di prodotti specialistici food and beverage vasto e ricercato. L'esperienza dei proprietari è notevole. La ricerca e selezione dei loro prodotti avviene in maniera molto consapevole. Durante le mie personali esperienze di acquisto i proprietari sono stati sempre molto preparati e disponibili nel fornire informazioni specifiche ed ottimi consigli. Venditori professionali ed appassionati al proprio lavoro. Molti prodotti rispetto ai prezzi web restano abbastanza congrui. Il negozio si può raggiungere facilmente sia a piedi che con mezzi pubblici. Per chi si muove in auto dovrà parcheggiare in zona San Pasquale a Chiaia, dove generalmente non è sempre facile trovare posto nelle strisce blu. In alternativa è possibile parcheggiare nelle autorimesse a pagamento a pochi metri.

Grande competenza e professionalità. Prodotti per la cucina ricercati, con articoli particolari ma al contempo molto funzionali. Un vero paradiso per chi ama queste cose.

The most surprising thing about this shop is that it is still in business. The unhappy owner is arrogant, rude and treats his customers like shoplifters, as if there is no such thing as repeat business or reviews on the internet. I tried to return a gift on January 11th and the clerk pointed to a sign saying that all returns must be made by January 10th. That would have been fine, but the shop was closed until January 10th, leaving just 8 hours on Monday to make a return! When I pointed this out, I was told the packaging was faulty. It wasn't. The gift went from under the tree and back into the bag, where it remained while the shop was closed. When I made it clear that I was not going to accept his refusal, I was told, in a rude and informal way, to "go find something else" before he turned his back. And so, I chose a more expensive item than the one I was returning in an attempt to find a peaceful solution. Instead, after the clerk took the money, the owner said nothing - not thank you, good morning or happy new year. All I received was another ugly look, and then, for the second time, his back… Avoid this place. They don't deserve your business. Negative vibes accompany every transaction, which I learned the first time I visited. This last time was, in fact, the last time, which is a pity, as I love to cook, and I’m never happier than when shopping for kitchen supplies.
