Il Monastero delle Carmelitane Scalze ai Ponti Rossi, conserva la tomba della beata, scomparsa nel 1948. Ella ha dedicato tutta la sua vita all'amore per il prossimo ed alla cura dei più bisognosi. Venerata per la sua bontà d'animo ed il suo profondo senso di dedizione, molti i fedeli che le vanno ancora in visita, in cerca di una grazia, alla sua tomba collocata nella località denominata Santa Maria ai Monti. Moltissimi sono coloro che hanno da lei ricevuto innumerevoli grazie. La fila alla sua tomba è segno di devozione. Molti posano sul marmo tombale il loro orecchio. Chi lo fa con fede e speranza può miracolosamente ascoltare la risposta che Suor Maria Giuseppina concede dal cielo. Non a voce ovviamente, bensì una risposta diversificata in tre rumori: lo sfregamento tra le mani di un rosario per i beneficiari della grazia; il rumore del mare per coloro ritenuti non meritevoli della grazia; rumori di catene per coloro ai quali nessuna grazia è destinata in quanto impuri di cuore. Cosa bellissima se si è puri dentro e poggiate il capo sul marmo dove giace si sente un rumore io l'ho sentito e sembra il suono di un rosario che batte sul marmo.
