★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Come riportato sulla targa apposta all'ingresso del sito, si tratta dei resti di una chiesa del XIV secolo, parrocchiale fino alla fine del XIX sec, poi abbandonata perché pericolante. Il campanile, in condizioni decisamente migliori, fu costruito probabilmente tra il 1543 ed il 1547, secondo quanto riportato da alcune iscrizioni. La chiesa sorgeva a poca distanza dai resti di un monastero intitolato a San Magno, dal quale ebbe origine l'abitato dell'attuale San Mango, frazione di Sessa Cilento.
E' un luogo affascinante e ben tenuto, che meriterebbe maggiore risalto, essendo sconosciuto anche a molte persone della zona.
 As reported on the plaque affixed to the entrance of the site, these are the remains of a 14th century church, parish church until the end of the 19th century, then abandoned because it was unsafe. The bell tower, in much better conditions, was probably built between 1543 and 1547, according to some inscriptions. The church was located a short distance from the remains of a monastery dedicated to San Magno, from which the settlement of the current San Mango, a hamlet of Sessa Cilento, originated.
It is a fascinating and well-kept place, which deserves greater prominence, being unknown also to many people in the area.
