Ho ordinato due costumi per i quali ho contattato il servizio clienti per capire disponibilità e avere info aggiuntive sulla taglia. Danilo e i suoi colleghi mi hanno saputo mandare tutte le misure richieste in brevissimo tempo (prese con il metro da sarto, con tanto di foto) e si sono accertati di spedire il pacco il giorno stesso dell'ordinazione in modo che potessi ricevere i costumi prima di partire per le vacanze. Dovevano arrivare in due giorni lavorativi, li ho ricevuti il giorno dopo l'ordine. Misure perfette.
Ci vorrebbero più attività con questa attenzione per il cliente e per i dettagli.

I ordered two costumes for which I contacted customer service to find out availability and get additional information on the size. Danilo and his colleagues were able to send me all the required measurements in a very short time (taken with a tailor's tape measure, complete with photos) and made sure to send the package the same day as the order so that I could receive the costumes sooner. to go on vacation. They were supposed to arrive in two working days, I received them the day after the order. Perfect measurements.
It would take more activities with this attention to the customer and to the details.

Le magliette sono in tessuto leggero, comodo e le stampe sono fatte a regola d'arte. Invece di girare sul web ore e ore per trovare delle canotte o delle magliette artistiche qui c'è l'imbarazzo della scelta e i prodotti arrivano a destinazione nel giro di qualche giorno. Direi: perfetto! Mi auguro di vedere presto anche uno store dal "vivo"!
