La location é strategica e possiede un ampio parcheggio; a pochi passi sulla sulla sinista vi é un Bar Tabacchi "ottimo per i fumatori che durante il periodo estivo accompagnano le mogli a fare la spesa o semplicemente per gustarsi in santa pace un drik rinfrescante" . Il negozio si presenta bene, il suo corebusiness si suddivide in tre attivitá: la prima é la classica rivendita di cibo, la seconda é la vendita al dettaglio di salumi, carne e frutta, la terza invece é un'attività di rivendita di cibo preparato "Buonissimo" da poter consumare in spiaggia con la famiglia, magari sotto un gazebo!proprio così, perché il negozio si trova a ridosso della costa Ionica. Il personale é gentile e molto preparato. Una nota di merito, che secondo me vale la 6 stella, vá all'addetto al banco ortofrutticolo che con un gesto di grande maestria, per ben due volte, ha fatto sì che sulla mia tavola finisse un anguria di alto livello. Siete curiosi? Bhè ve lo racconto! Pensate ad un cesto pieno di angurie, l'adetto alle vendite si avvicina e comincia a bussarle tutte finché il suo orecchio assoluto capta la giusta frequenza con un gesto tecnico di non poco conto...
