★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Cotronei è il migliore supermercato per scelta dei prodotti, peccato che vengano trascurate totalmente le misure di sicurezza anti-Covid. Sia il personale al banco salumi, sia alle casse sia la clientela ignorano totalmente l'uso della mascherina e quando viene usata viene portata rigorosamente sotto il naso....e vane sono le lamentele di chi vorrebbe che le regola venissero seguite. Mi fa specie che la caserma dei carabinieri è proprio difronte al locale...ma tant'è.
Leggendo la risposta del titolare del supermercato che invece di fare ammenda offende, dà l'idea del suo modo di essere e della considerazione del prossimo. Il supermercato l'ho frequentato il mese di agosto scorso e confermo parola per parola quanto detto. La mascherina della cassiera e della maggior parte dei clienti portata rigorosamente sotto il naso e, ripeto, vane sono state le nostre lamentele. La risposta ottenuta è stata " noi lo diciamo che altro possiamo fare?" Sicuramente potete rispettare voi per primi le regole e poi pretendere che siano rispettate dai vostri clienti. Un po' di autocritica non guasterebbe.
In Cotronei it is the best supermarket for the choice of products, it is a pity that the anti-Covid security measures are totally neglected. Both the staff at the salami counter, both at the checkout and the customers totally ignore the use of the mask and when it is used it is strictly carried under the nose .... and the complaints of those who would like the rules to be followed are useless. It amazes me that the police station is right in front of the club ... but so be it.
Reading the response of the owner of the supermarket who instead of making amends offends, gives an idea of his way of being and the consideration of others. I went to the supermarket last August and I confirm what I said word for word. The mask of the cashier and most of the customers strictly worn under the nose and, I repeat, our complaints were in vain. The answer was "we tell you what else can we do?" Of course, you can first respect the rules and then expect them to be respected by your customers. A little self-criticism wouldn't hurt.
