Non abbiamo avuto il piacere di conoscere lo chef di persona ma sicuramente, attraverso le pietanze proposte nel nostro percorso, ci ha permesso di conoscere la sua esperienza. Personale in sala, ottima estensione di ciò che la cucina vuole esprimere, professionali e capaci di coinvolgere a pieno gli ospiti. Standard alti che in complesso vengono rispettati a pieni voti. Ritorneremo sicuramente per scoprire le novità dello chef. Complimenti ragazzi :) I inaugurate my first review for this magnificent experience. We did not have the pleasure of meeting the chef in person but certainly, through the dishes proposed in our journey, he allowed us to get to know his experience. Staff in the dining room, excellent extension of what the kitchen wants to express, professional and able to fully involve guests. High standards which on the whole are respected with flying colors. We will definitely be back to find out what's new from the chef. Congratulations guys :)

La location è molto curata nei dettagli ed atmosfera intima. Il personale giovane, cordiale e molto preparato. Per quanto riguarda la degustazione, che dire, le materie prime sono di altissima qualità e gli accostamenti dei prodotti nostrani a quelli orientali danno vita ad un'esplosione di sapori indescrivibili. The young, friendly and very knowledgeable staff.
