Ma, ho portato il mio telefono per sbloccarlo e l'hanno mandato in assistenza poi mi hanno detto che sono stato riscontrato lo schermo del telefono scheggiato e che costava molto di più del preventivo precedente,e che o risolvevano tutto o niente. Volevo solo sbloccarlo nient'altro quindi l'ho richiesto indietro ma per riaverlo ho dovuto pagare 18 euro . E per fare tutto ciò è riprenderlo è passato 1 mese .
Personally very helpful and kind. They comply with the issued covid regulations. But, I took my phone to unlock it and they sent it in for service then they told me that I had a chipped phone screen and that it cost a lot more than the previous quote, and that they either fixed all or nothing. I just wanted to unlock it nothing else so I requested it back but to get it back I had to pay 18 euros. And to do all this and take it back 1 month has passed.
