Scapin ha compreso subito la situazione e ha cercato in tutti i modi di darmi una mano. Sicuramente affidabili. Se ne avessi bisogno, spero di no, non esiterei a tornare da loro.

Many promises before registration, disappeared once the fee (150 €) has been paid. I do not recommend to any company that wants to partner with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho pagato 150,00 euro per tessera e per aprire una pratica per un recupero di € 500,00 da una società di energia.
Dopo il pagamento… spariti . Ho chiamato più volte, ho lasciato il numero per essere richiamata , ho lasciato detto alla segretaria di essere richiamata .. niente !!
Alla fine mi sono arrangiata e sono riuscita da sola a recuperare la somma !!
Pessimi insomma …
I paid € 150.00 per card and to open a case for a recovery of € 500.00 from an energy company.
After the payment ... disappeared. I called several times, I left the number to be called back, I left the secretary told to be called back .. nothing !!
In the end I made do and I managed to recover the sum by myself !!

Io le ho trovate qui: non conoscendo nessuno in particolare; al telefono; considerando che il mio caso doveva risolversi in tempi molto stretti. Un ringraziamento sentito al Sig. Francesco.
I don't usually review a service, but in this case it's a must. The "availability" and the "knowing how to advise" of people, nowadays, are qualities difficult to meet. I found them here: not knowing anyone in particular; on the telephone; considering that my case had to be resolved in a very short time. A heartfelt thanks to Mr. Francesco.
