Attaccata verbalemente in un momento di forte stress. Assolutamente sconsigliato. Traumatizing experience. Out in tears for the lack of tact and rudeness of the gynecologist and the assistant. Ma perchè non lo chiudono? mi son rivolta a loro per la gravidanza e oltre all'acidità non mi si son minimamente filata tanto che son dovuta andar altrove chiedendo aiuto per disperazione. No Comment, ho segnalato tutto anche alla regione lazio. I would give zero stars but you can't. The worst advice, they don't even answer tel. But why don't they close it? I turned to them for the pregnancy and besides the acidity I didn't go out of my way so much that I had to go elsewhere asking for help out of desperation. No Comment, I also reported everything to the Lazio region.

Scortesi, poco professionali, per niente gentili, ma soprattutto in momenti molto delicati per una donna anziché aiutarla la mettono ulteriormente in difficoltà. Umanità, questa sconosciuta! Segnalerò quanto accaduto alla ASL. Bad experience. Sono tornata per lo screening (campagna di prevenzione oncologica) e dopo aver interpretato le indicazioni scritte su vari fogli sparsi su porte e muri, stampati e con correzioni a penna, finalmente arrivo nella sala d'attesa. Non c'è nessuno, né receptionist né segretari, nessuno che controlli la temperatura corporea e neanche il sanificante (nel 2021 mi sembra assurdo), ma è richiesto di compilare un modulo per eventuali contatti con positivi e/o sintomi da Covid-19. Non si capisce come funzionino gli appuntamenti, ma poi scopro che nonostante sia arrivata puntuale all'orario indicato sulla lettera della Regione Lazio, si va in "ordine di apparizione" quindi gli orari sono totalmente inutili. Fin qui bene, ma non benissimo. La visita si ripropone nuovamente un'esperienza imbarazzante e spiacevole ma, come già letto in altre recensioni, scopro di non esser stata l'unica ad essere trattata con la massima scortesia. Si tratta pur sempre di una visita delicata sia a livello fisico che psicologico, ma sembra che al personale di ruolo non interessi. Zero professionalità. Se possibile andate da un'altra parte. It is not clear how the appointments work, but then I discover that despite having arrived on time at the time indicated on the letter from the Lazio Region, it goes in "order of appearance" so the times are totally useless. So far good, but not very good. The visit is again an embarrassing and unpleasant experience but, as already read in other reviews, I discover that I was not the only one to be treated with the utmost rudeness. It is still a delicate visit both physically and psychologically, but it seems that permanent staff do not care. Zero professionalism. If possible, go somewhere else.
