★ ★ ★ ★ ★ dopo aver atteso giorni (e dopo ripetuti solleciti) ho ricevuto preventivo per vacanza in Sardegna: pacchetto con circa 200 euro in più rispetto alle altre agenzie di Mirano cui mi ero rivolta. Ovviamente ho prenotato altrove. Mia sorella, che invece aveva già confermato viaggio in Puglia, ha avuto numerosi problemi in hotel: al ritorno, il reclamo è caduto nel vuoto. Assenza di professionalità e, di questi tempi, inaccettabile comportamento di sufficienza della titolare. Mai più!!
after waiting days (and after repeated reminders) I received a quote for a holiday in Sardinia: a package with about 200 euros more than the other Mirano agencies I had contacted. Obviously I booked elsewhere. My sister, who had already confirmed a trip to Puglia, had numerous problems in the hotel: upon returning, the complaint fell on deaf ears. Lack of professionalism and, these days, unacceptable behavior of sufficiency of the owner. Never again!!
