S	Sergio Tudisco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CERCANDO CASA RECENTEMENTE MI e' capitato di avere una PESSIMA esperienza NEGATIVA con l'agenzia gestita dal signor martino Scornavacca, nel mese di gennaio ho visitato un immobile in vendita presso la loro agenzia ,soddisfatto della visita e dell'immobile propongo un offerta al venditore con relativo deposito dell'assegno , trascorsi 5 giorni circa ricevo una telefonata di accettazione della proposta, e invito ad andare in agenzia il pomeriggio per formalizzare l'acquisto ,giunto in agenzia vengo a conoscenza che la mia offerta precedentemente accettata era stata rigettata in quanto un altra offerta era sopraggiunta di importo superiore, nonostante l'accordo tacito che avevamo raggiunto la sera precedente. RITENGO poco professionale ed anti etico il comportamento di questa agenzia che sconsiglio vivamente a tutti coloro che si volessero rivolgere per acquistare casa , sono veramente persone poco professionale in special modo il signor Martino Scornavacca . LOOKING FOR A HOUSE RECENTLY I happened to have a VERY NEGATIVE experience with the agency managed by Mr. martino Scornavacca, in January I visited a property for sale at their agency, satisfied with the visit and the property I propose an offer to the seller with the relative deposit of the check, after about 5 days I receive a phone call to accept the proposal, and I invite you to go to the agency in the afternoon to formalize the purchase, when I arrived at the agency I became aware that my previously accepted offer had been rejected because another offer had arrived for a higher amount, despite the tacit agreement we had reached the previous evening. I consider the behavior of this agency unprofessional and unethical, which I strongly advise against to all those who want to turn to buy a house, they are really unprofessional people, especially Mr. Martino Scornavacca.
