La causa sarebbe l’impianto di trattamento rifiuti liquidi speciali di proprietà della Consuleco srl e il depuratore comunale ubicati nel Comune di Bisignano che sono stati sequestrati.L’indagine, coordinata dalla Procura della Repubblica di Cosenza, ha portato all’emissione di due misure cautelari di obbligo di dimora nei confronti dell’amministratore e del direttore generale della Consuleco srl, la società affidataria anche della gestione dell’impianto comunale di Bisignano. Si tratta di Vincenzo Morise, 72 anni e di suo figlio Nicodemo, 42.
I due, fornendo illecite direttive ai dipendenti della stessa ditta, anch’essi indagati, si sono resi responsabili del reiterato sversamento nel fiume Mucone di ingenti quantitativi di rifiuti speciali pericolosi. Sono in corso perquisizioni e sequestri di materiale probatorio presso tredici siti industriali ubicati in Puglia, Basilicata, Calabria e Sicilia.
