Ana Sunyè me respondiò al correo solicitandome mi telefono para informarme al respecto. Me llamò personalmente y el dia 15 tuve en mis manos la escritura. Trato profesional y gentil por parte de todos los miembros del Consulado. Un 10 por la labor que realizan! Last Friday, March 11, I contacted the Consulate requesting an appointment to make Powers of Attorney. On Monday 14, Mrs. Ana Sunyè replied to my email requesting my phone number to inform me about it. He called me personally and on the 15th I had the deed in my hands. C'era da vero tanto tempo che non trovavo qualcuno nella administrazione publica con tanta voglia di aiutare e fare il suo lavoro. Other times they told me to email them to make an appointment, nobody responded. Others they told me that the person responsible was out and he would come back in an hour, to try again then. He obviously never came back... So I gave up because they are the most inefficient organization in the planet. They should be removed from their position and hire new people. Also they should be fined for lack of efficiency and obliged to return their earned salaries
