Purtroppo neanche il direttore si è dimostrato aperto al dialogo e disponibile ad ammettere l’errore. Nessuna attenzione al cliente, esperienza decisamente negativa. They attract you with promotions, then when you show up they tell you that the promotion is no longer valid. Bad and unprofessional attitude. Unfortunately, not even the director was open to dialogue and willing to admit the mistake. No customer attention, decidedly negative experience.

Ho telefonato per chiedere se la nuova passerella delle Cassandre fosse aperta durante il Valtellina Wine Trail nonostante la gara e mi è stato detto di sì. Ovviamente ho scoperto poi che durante la gara non lo era. Ho poi chiesto riguardo l’apertura di Castel Masegra e del Museo di Arte e Storia della Valtellina e mi sono state date info del tutto sommarie. Sul Castello “mah DI SOLITO in questo periodo è aperto”, sul museo “DI SOLITO è chiuso, ma chiami là per verificare”. Ma sarebbe questo il livello di servizio di una città che vuole puntare sempre più sul turismo!? Ma per piacere, ridicolo!!
