I have been waiting for the delivery of a POS for more than 3 weeks. I call every day but I only get vague answers. Bad service

Dopo 4 giorni e 20 telefonate al numero verde per chiedere l'intervento del tecnico in quanto non funzionante,sono stata contattata questa sera mi è stato comunicato che verrà domani SPERIAMO.
Poor management of the Pos service.
After 4 days and 20 phone calls to the toll-free number to ask for the intervention of the technician as it is not working, I was contacted this evening and I was informed that it will come tomorrow WE HOPE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto la sfortuna di avere un pos gestito dalla società Triveneto. Mi è stato sostituito il mio pos non funzionante in tredici giorni ma purtroppo mi hanno inviato un apparecchio non compatibile con l'applicazione di poste italiane con la quale ho il contratto del pos. Ho ricontattato triveneto il 16 dicembre si sono accorti dell'errore ma a distanza di un mese e cinque giorni dopo ripetute telefonate sono ancora senza pos. PESSIMI! Sarò costretto a chiudere i conti business con poste e cercare altra banca.
I had the misfortune of having a pos managed by the Triveneto company. My non-working pos was replaced in thirteen days but unfortunately they sent me a device that is not compatible with the Italian post office application with which I have the pos contract. I contacted Triveneto on December 16 and they realized the error but after a month and five days later repeated phone calls are still without pos. BAD! I will be forced to close business accounts with post offices and look for another bank.
