Le persone anziane hanno bisogno (almeno nel mio caso) di continuità e il frequente cambio di assistenti lo trovo alquanto negativo. Posso capire che che mandare sempre la stessa operatrice può nuocere negativamente la stessa ma fa parte dei rischi del mestiere e l'assistente lavora ed è pagata per ciò che richiede l'assistito.
The method of managing home staff is not entirely positive. Older people need (at least in my case) continuity and the frequent change of assistants I find quite negative. I can understand that you always send the same operator may adversely harm the same but it's part of the risks of the job and the assistant is employed and paid for it requires the client.
