Per trasformare l’agricoltura e renderla irrigua agli inizi degli anni ’60 il Consorzio, con il sostegno finanziario della Cassa per il Mezzogiorno, ha programmato ed in parte realizzato tre schemi idrici: Fortore, Sinistra Ofanto e Carapelle su una superficie di 200.000 ettari. Nei decenni successivi, per rispondere alle esigenze ed alle richieste di acqua per usi potabili, civili e industriali, le dotazioni e le ripartizioni intersettoriali sono state riviste ed adeguate alla domanda, penalizzando, inevitabilmente, il settore primario unico ed originario destinatario delle risorse immagazzinate. Tenuto conto che da un lato la domanda di acqua potabile è in costante aumento e che dall’altro il settore industriale sollecita a questo Ente cospicui incrementi di erogazione a suo servizio, si avverte, pressante, la drammaticità dei ritardi in termini di approvvigionamento. At the corner of the structure there is a bas-relief and decorations from the Fascist era. The palace is included in an area with buildings built during Fascism, still visible in their originality. The signs of the heavy bombing that the city of Foggia suffered during the American attacks in the Second World War are visible on this building and on the facades of the surrounding structures.

Ho avuto delle problematiche da risolvere per dei terreni che mio marito ha nella provincia e ho risolto sempre tutto e subito, semplicemente al telefono, visto che comunque abitiamo in Friuli Venezia Giulia I think it is one of the few times, in which I found really prepared and very kind employees. Honestly they deserve even more than 5 stars. I had problems to solve for land that my husband has in the province and I always solved everything immediately, simply on the phone, since we still live in Friuli Venezia Giulia

L' edificio ha una pianta trapeziodale con cortile e si sviluppa su 5 piani. Presenta un angolo smussato con bassorilievo di vita campestre e un arengario semitondo con porta finestra sormontata da un'aquila reale. Historic building built in 1939 by the architect Concezio Petrucci for the use of the Opera Nazionale Combattenti and later seat of the Consortium of Bonifica della Capitanata. The building has a trapezoidal plan with a courtyard and is spread over 5 floors. It has a rounded corner with a bas-relief of rural life and a half-round arengarium with a French window surmounted by a golden eagle.
