★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L’impiegata del call center ha risposto di non ammorbarla con le telefonate,abitiamo all’ottavo piano e l’ascensore,che non ha mai goduto di ottima salute da quando è stato sostituito,è stato riparato lunedì scorso per l’ennesimo guasto .
Consiglio al l’impiegata di cambiare mestiere,ed agli operatori di venire a fare un po’ di ginnastica insieme a noi….
Aggiungo che mio marito,ammalato gravemente è soggetto a frequenti viaggi in ospedale,per fortuna è ricoverato,se si può chiamare fortuna.
Organizzazione a dir poco vergognosa.

I add that my husband, seriously ill, is subject to frequent trips to the hospital, luckily he is hospitalized, if you can call it luck.
