La produzione è alquanto limitata, i produttori sono davvero pochi e per tale motivo non raggiungerà mai la grande distribuzione. Visitando il parco del Gran Sasso non si può non concorrere alla tutela di questa eccellenza gastronomica.

Production is rather limited, there are very few producers and for this reason it will never reach large retailers. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prodotto sicuramente di qualità superiore, ma il consorzio obbliga un prezzo eccessivo e una limitazione della reperibilità. Neanche i farindolesi possono comprare dalle aziende ... liberamente.
Tutto solo per guadagno non per prestigio.
